Project Deposits

• All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins.
• Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the initial planning, research, and resource allocation.

Project Cancellations

• If you decide to cancel a project after it has started, you will be billed for the work already completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any services delivered before cancellation remain payable and non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once a project is completed and final deliverables have been handed over, payments are non-refundable.
• If you are unsatisfied, we encourage open communication so we can make adjustments within the scope of the agreed project.

Service Credits & Adjustments
In rare cases where services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, we may provide service credits or partial refunds at our discretion.
